Zippy
2003 APHA Gelding 15.0 hands. This nice APHA Breeding Stock gelding is royally bred for western pleasure. He was only ridden on the trail by his previous owner but with this breeding he really needs to be in the show pen. Fairly green for his age but a fast learner. Nominated to the Breeders Trust and the APHA Gelding Plus program.
This guy is such a sweetheart, I love the Zippo lines as far as easy to handle horses it seems like they are always so mellow and nothing phases them. This guy has an added bonus that he doesn't mess with anything or get into trouble like most geldings I have had. He lets the girls push him around and hasn't brought either of them into season. He is however learning to tip the water trough over via Kristy who learned from Sudden.
They crack me up, the tank will get down to the bottom rung and I swear they will all take turns drinking until one of them can turn it over allowing them to escape into the pasture. Originally Sudden did this little trick but Kristy soon picked it up and took over, now I see Zippy has been watching Kristy and trying his hand at it. UPDATE: Zippy has found a great home in Brooksville.
